SUNfarming to build a new solar-training-center in Peru

Two new competence center for solar in Lima and Piura

As if on command, the sun was shining at the grand opening of our solar-training-center in Lima.
In cooperation with SENATI (Servicio Nacional de Adiestramiento en Trabajo industrial de Perú) and the GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) SUNfarming inmplemented the new PPP Project on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Many interested guests from the world of politics and business attended the opening.
All SUNfarming PV-training plants were installed within the trainings by teachers of electrical engineering at SENATI under the leadership of SUNfarming experts. At the trainings the teachers will be trained in solar energy efficiency.

A SUNfarming carport with glass-glass-modules, is charging two SF e-scooter and two SF e-bikes with energy. The day over the rooftop plant is feeding into the grid and supplies SENATI with its own solar energy.
Two more training-plants were installed in the north of Peru, in Piura, one week ago. Here, 25 teachers for electrical engineering, have already been trained by SF experts in state-of-art PV technologies.

In his speech, Peter Schrum main shareholder of SF, emphasised the importance of a co-operative partnership. "SUNfarming sees its task to improve newest PV-technology and know-how in technic and finance. We´re convinced that mutual, sustainable cooperation is a win-win situation for all partners. Peru is a great market for German PV technology and we´re entering this market with the help of GIZ and SENATI. Our train-the-trainer courses, conducted by SF experts, enable the teachers of SENATI to be the next generation of trainers in solar energy efficiency. Capacity Building is the key for a successful partnership," so Peter Schrum.
